Tours accurate at time of creation.Lilian joined Oxford Innovation in March 2005 as Centre Manager for Colin Sanders Innovation Centre and Marketing Manager for the Bicester Centre. In August 2007 she took on Cherwell Innovation Centre and now works as Sales & Marketing Manager for the 3 North Oxfordshire sites. Previously she worked for over 4 years as a SME business advisor for Southern / South East Tourist Board, as Operations Manager for Productivity Europe, Contracts Manager for The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital Trust and 5 years project managing events for various organisations. She enjoys being part of the Oxford Innovation team that is continually reinventing the ways that they can give support to start up & SME companies. She says it’s rarely dull and a very varied role. Outside work, she enjoys cycling, (longest trip was Bombay to Trivandrum in Southern India), her garden and cats.
Jennifer joined Oxford Innovation as a Receptionist in July 2002 before quickly becoming an Administrator and eventually Operations Manager in August 2006. Jen has experience working with the NHS and as a PA at KPMG. Jen credits the Bicester Innovation Centre with providing her with an environment where her friendly, outgoing personality is harnessed, plus she has the freedom to take responsibility and make decisions to ensure clients are satisfied. Jen enjoys a healthy lifestyle as a gardener and a keen sportswoman. She recently helped close friends by taking part in an egg donation programme which put her friends to the top of the waiting list, they are now proud parents to twins.
Anne joined Oxford Innovation in July 2005 working at the Bicester Innovation Centre, previous to this she had worked for ten years for Philips Consumer Electronics in the car systems division, and has 25 years of secretarial experience. Anne enjoys both the challenging and rewarding working environment, satisfying customer needs and the day to day contact that allows Oxford Innovation to develop great customer relationships! After a brief period dedicating her life to the cloth, Anne was married by 18, and had her daughter at 19. Anne now enjoys walking her dogs, writing short fiction stories and spending time with the family, including 3 granddaughters.
Pat has recently joined the team at Bicester Innovation Centre, but previously worked at the Silverstone Innovation Centre which she joined in July 2006. She has 11 years reception experience having previously worked for Reynard Motorsport & Johnson Hospitality. She has also been self employed, running a clothing alterations and ladies hat hire company, after attending a business start up programme run by Milton Keynes Chamber of Commerce, thus enabling her to empathise with the centres tenants and understand the challenges faced by clients starting a new business.
With just over 9,000 sq ft of office space and office sizes ranging from 93sq ft up to 1,308sq ft, Bicester Innovation Centre can provide a home to up to 30 companies located over two floors. The centre has conference and meeting room facilities for up to 25 delegates and a break out area to create a relaxed environment.
Located close to Bicester town centre and the M40, Bicester Innovation Centre benefits from good road and rail links. Trains from Bicester run directly to London Marylebone and Birmingham from Bicester North station, which is a short taxi ride from the Innovation Centre. Bicester Town station services Oxford and surrounding areas.

From Junction 9 of the M40, travel North to Bicester on the A41 for approx 2 miles until you reach a roundabout with an Esso petrol station on your left. Turn right onto the A41 bypass towards Aylesbury. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto the London Road towards Bicester town centre, travel straight over the small roundabout with the Tallisman Business Park on your left. Continue straight over the roundabout, past the Shell petrol station on your right and then over the railway crossing.
At the next mini roundabout (the edge of Bicester Town Centre), turn right into Launton Road. – follow the road, passing a speed camera on the left and then a petrol station and Peugeot Garage.At the next mini-roundabout go straight across, you will see Wickes on your right. Approx 100 metres ahead, another mini roundabout, go straight over (Homebase on the right).
Take the next turning right into the Telford Road Industrial Estate and travel straight down to the T junction; turn right and proceed to the second from last building on your right – you will see Bicester Innovation Centre signage in the evergreen hedge, turn in and park at either the front or rear of the building.
