Cotswold Innovation Centre is located on a 140 acre site that was formerly RAF Rissington. It is a marvellous rural location in the heart of the Cotswold countryside. With just over 6,000 sq ft of office space arranged over two floors, the Centre has offices from 82sq ft up to 914sq ft, and can provide a home to up to 22 companies.

With a gym and nursery available on site, Cotswold Innovation Centre provides a beautiful setting for start-up and growing companies to develop their business with plenty of free parking. The Centre at Upper Rissington is also within close proximity to the market towns of Burford (5 miles), Chipping Norton (10 miles), Cirencester (18 miles) and Witney (15 miles). Kingham station (6 miles) is on the mainline between Worcester and London Paddington via Oxford.

A40 Westbound

From the A40, approximately 18 miles from Oxford. turn right at the roundabout for Burford. Continue through the town and turn left at the mini roundabout towards Stow-on-the-Wold. Follow the road for about 5 miles and take the turning on the left signposted to Bourton-on-the-Water and The Rissingtons. Rissington Business Park is on the left after about 2 miles. Cotswold Innovation Centre is the second building on the left.

A40 Eastbound

On the A40 approximately 20 miles from Cheltenham, take the turning on the left sign-posted for Little Barrington and The Rissingtons. After about 3 miles heading towards Rissington, turn right into Rissington Business Park. The Cotswold Innovation Centre is the second building on the left.

From Stow-on-the Wold

Travel south from Stow-on-the-Wold on the A429, then take the A424 sign-posted for Burford and Swindon. After about 3 miles, take the right turn sign-posted to Bourton-on-the-Water and The Rissingtons. Continue straight along this road for approximately 3 miles, turn left into Rissington Business Park. The Cotswold Innovation Centre is the second building on the left.

By Public Transport

Kingham station is on the mainline between Worcester Shrub Hill and London Paddington. Trains are hourly and the station is a short taxi journey from the Centre.

There is a regular bus service servicing the local towns and villages that stops about 5 minutes walk away from the Centre.
