portsmouth technopole was opened in April 2002 and is the result of a collaboration between Oxford Innovation and Portsmouth City Council, with support from the University of Portsmouth and SEEDA. With just under 20,000 sq ft of office space located over five floors, the Portsmouth Technopole has offices that range from 78 sq ft up to 1,820 sq ft and can provide a home for up to 50 start-up and growing companies.

The Portsmouth Technopole provides an impressive base to work from, allowing you to grow your business within a lively environment where you will have access to the skills, knowledge and experience of similar individuals and companies. Superb conference and seminar facilities with state-of-the-art presentation equipment ensure that you maintain a professional image.

Portsmouth Technopole is ideally situated just off the M275 at the entrance to Portsmouth, located close to the Ferry Port. The M275 provides excellent links to nearby cities such as Southampton via the M27 and London via the M3.

Visitor Information

The building is very visible from the M275. As you approach Portsmouth on the M275, take the exit before the flyover – signposted North End and Cross Channel Ferries. Take the second exit at the roundabout, sign-posted North End. Turn first right, where you will find parking.

Car Parking

Ample car parking space with designated visitor car parking bays

Rail

Both Portsmouth & Southsea and Fratton railway stations are only a short taxi ride away. There are usually taxis waiting at both stations but go to www.traintaxi.co.uk for details of local taxi companies to prebook.

Buses

Buses 12, 12A, 38, 38A, 57, 700 stop on Kingston Crescent. Links to local public transport information and timetables may be found on the Signpost Travel Forum website at www.chamber.org.uk/signpost
