colin sanders innovation centre was opened in 1999 and is named after Colin Sanders who founded Solid State Logic in 1969, and subsequently started a number of technology-based companies whilst being an active investor in several other high-growth start ups. A grant from the Souldern Trust, formed by Colin Sanders, was a key factor in establishing this centre.

With just under 11,000 sq ft of office space and office sizes ranging from 83sq ft up to 1,800 sq ft, Colin Sanders Innovation Centre can provide a home to up to 27 start-up and growing companies. The centre is located close to Banbury town centre and has on-site parking facilities, with conference and meeting rooms facilities for up to 50 delegates.

Colin Sanders Innovation Centre is located in the town of Banbury, one of the best known towns in England due to the nursery rhyme ‘Ride a Cock Horse’. The Innovation Centre is situated near the town centre and the site of the infamous cross. Today Banbury is an expanding market and industrial town experiencing growth as a direct benefit of its proximity to the completed M40 motorway linking London to Birmingham via Oxford.
