Diagnox facilitates the commercial exploitation of diagnostic research in the UK with a platform of services tailored to the needs of the diagnostic sector. The project was initially part-funded by a DTI Biotechnology Exploitation Platform (BEP) award with additional income from membership fees and services. The DiagnOx Laboratory is base at Cherwell Innovation Centre and combines laboratory and office facilities that enables researchers and companies with medial diagnostic technologies, which have the potential to become products, to undertake proof-of-concept work in a supportive environment.
