Opened in 2000, harwell innovation centre is one of the largest centres managed by Oxford Innovation. With just over 25,000 sq ft of office space, and offices ranging from 107 sq ft to 1,600 sq ft, Harwell Innovation Centre has the facilities and infrastructure to support over 60 companies.

The Harwell Science and Innovation Campus, is home to the headquarters of UKAEA (United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority). The Campus is currently enjoying a vast amount of investment and publicity, which includes the recent opening of the Diamond Light Source the largest UK-funded scientific facility to be built for over 40 years.

Located within a community of science and technology businesses, with excellent road and rail links Harwell Innovation Centre is easily accessible from most locations and will provide the ideal location for any start-up and growing business.

Directions

From A34 Northbound

Take the A4185 (A417) Chilton Interchange exit, signposted to Wantage. Harwell Science and Innovation Campus is approx. 1/2 mile on the left hand side. Take the 3rd left into Curie Avenue. Continue for approx. 100m along Curie Avenue. Harwell Innovation Centre is located on the right hand side of the road immediately after Lloyds Bank.

From the A34 Southbound

From the A34 take the Milton Interchange signposted Didcot and Wantage A4130 (A417). Follow the A4130 following signs for Wantage and Harwell. At the Rowstock roundabout continue straight over (ignoring the signs for Harwell Village). Proceed for approx. 1 mile along the A4185. Take the first right-hand turning into Curie Avenue. Continue for appox. 100m along Curie Avenue. Harwell Innovation Centre is located on the right hand side immediately after Lloyds Bank.

By Public Transport

Didcot train station is 10 minutes drive from the Centre and has frequent connections to Oxford, London, Bristol and the South coast. A bus is available running from the station to the Campus every 15 minutes.
