New Legal Advice Service is launched at Wellingborough Innovation Centre

Commercial legal practice Dunham Law and leading innovation centre operator Oxford Innovation today announced a new strategic partnership which will see Dunham Law offering legal advice services to start-up and growing companies at Wellingborough Innovation Centre.

Located in the centre of Wellingborough, the Innovation Centre provides offices on flexible terms to start-up and growing companies as well as a virtual office service and a business support package that includes assistance with fundraising.

The partnership is a development of the service already provided by Dunham Law to start-up businesses through its association with the government funded Business Link network and will extend the provision of legal advice to businesses that have moved beyond the initial start-up phase and into the next stage of their development.

The legal advice service will be available at Oxford Innovation’s Wellingborough Innovation Centre from 12 January 2010. It is planned to run pre-booked legal advice sessions on a monthly basis to cover all aspects of business law including contractual matters, shareholder agreements, terms and conditions of business, employment advice, business property advice and dispute resolution.

The first legal advice clinic at Wellingborough Innovation Centre will be held on 12 January 2010 with further clinics timetabled for 9 February 2010 and 9 March 2010.
